PROVERB: Don’t be afraid to look at own faults.
The African American community must be realistic about some of the things we have failed to do. We now must be
realistic and committed to changing our past mistakes. We must refocus ourselves on the importance of family values.
There is potential for financial growth, so apply for grants and monies given by institutions, these programs should focus
on families and cultural diversity. Support groups for men as well as women would be very beneficial and healing for the
entire community
Cultural Schools on Saturday for children youth and adults will be a good investment and check into grants for support.
In order to overcome some of the hopelessness and since of disparity that is seen in some communities, many people
may seek spiritual counseling.
Invest in your personal health and be proactive in spreading this to your community.
We must educate ourselves and families about the value of good nutrition. There should be a movement or campaign to
wipe out child diabetes and asthma that is prevalent in poor communities. The medical community can benefit
tremendously by donating services. The ancestors will bless them on all levels. There may be a discovery of a beneficial
study on intestinal tract, and also post traumatic stress disorder and its effect on people of African descent.
African American males should be tested for prostate related disease early.
Family values should be a major focus in the community and visibility on billboards, signs promoting such.
Early emphasis on educating young boys and girls and young men and women about the value of their minds and bodies
and the responsibility that is required to be successful adults. More awareness about the epidemic of HIV/ AIDS and the
prevention of the spread in the inner cities in America as well as in Africa.
We can benefit by studying the richness of African marriage system of counciling, readings, and contracts and embrace
the concepts which can promote long term successful marriages.
We must address the issue of the term “Baby Mamma and its drama” and the effects of this on the children, the young
parents, our community and our legacy. Each community must accept the responsibility to train, educate, and promote
positive change.
.
Proverb: If you don’t know the laws of this world you will certainly learn them in the next.
The spirit world holds us accountable, the universe holds us accountable to put in place the things that we have learned
and know that we need to practice to bring healing and balance to this earth so that we can continue to live on it.
